Pax8 is one of the distributors Adaptive Catalog works with for real-time pricing and availability. At the Enterprise tier, Storefront can even complete Pax8 provisioning directly.
Yes — and this is actually one of Adaptive Catalog's standout features. Rather than pinning a storefront item to a specific SKU, you can set up a saved search using product criteria (for example: Dell laptop, 16GB RAM, 14" display). The storefront will automatically display the best-match in-stock item based on those criteria. When something sells out, goes out of production, or changes price, the listing updates on its own — no manual SKU management required.
Storefront also supports pulling available inventory across multiple distributors, so if one source is out, it can surface stock from another.
Yes. For Net 30 customers, you can bypass the Stripe checkout entirely. The platform will create the won quote or opportunity directly in your PSA, and you invoice the customer through your normal billing process.
Yes. Adaptive Catalog exposes a webhook on a won order, and you can also trigger automations off the won opportunity in your PSA. This opens the door to any downstream workflow you'd want to fire on a completed purchase — onboarding tasks, provisioning tickets, notifications, and more.
